How long it takes

Everything here is made after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so the clock starts when you buy, not when we pick something off a shelf.

Even so, it is quick. An order to Italy is usually with you in four to six days, printing included. Further away, add a few days — the range widens with the distance.

Your order is made at whichever facility is closest to you, which is what keeps that number down.

What it costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout, once you choose the country. There is no single flat rate, and we would rather not invent one: the real cost changes with where your order is made and where it is going.

For an idea, a single item to Italy is around 4,50 €. More items cost more, but not proportionally — four pieces come to about 15 € rather than four times the single rate.

You pay one shipping charge for the whole order, even when the items are made in different places.

If it does not arrive

Write to support@voidexperience.com with your order number. That is the only address you need, and a person reads it.

If your tracking has not moved for several days, or the delivery date has passed, tell us — do not wait for it to sort itself out. We can ask the carrier, and if the parcel is genuinely lost we make the item again and send it at our cost.

If tracking says delivered and it is not with you, check with your neighbours and the building first, then write to us the same way.

Where we ship

Worldwide. Orders outside the European Union may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival, which are set by your country and are not ours to collect or refund.
